Here is a few samples of the type of jobs we do within our job shop, but we are not limited to only these jobs, we also do smallish production runs, bore jobs on axles, skid steer bucket pivots weldments, resizing impellers for pumps, shaft turning, shaft grinding and the list goes on.
John Deere 2 Cylinder Clutch Handle
These Famous handles when worn will slap you right in the side of the knee if your not holding on to them. We have done several of these for customers. A simple boring job, a new bronze bushing and a new bolt, will snug these right up. Once fixed, this will also allow for proper clutch adjustment.
Farmall PTO Housings
PTO's giving you fits on your Farmall's and Internationals. There is a new bushing that can be installed after boring the original opening, and a new bushing is pressed in.
Production Runs
Small production runs of 500 pieces or less. Can be ordered in multiple batches of 500 pieces. We have a small shop, so not a lot of room for storage space. So we always try to keep products moving back to the customer. In this example, 2 hole pins, production run of 1000 sent out in 2 batches of 500 pieces.
Farmall Clutch and Brake Pedals
Clutch pedals for all letter series Farmall tractors. We Bore them out and install new bronze bushings included with a new grease zerk.
Farmall Clutch / Brake Pedal Shaft
These shafts allow the pedals to pivot on letter series tractors. If the pedals are worn, so is this shaft and needs to be replaced. We make new ones matching the exact shaft you have. We cut the stock, clock the keyways, and drill the hole and send back to you a new shaft with keys installed.
